If your old plan is ending and/or you chose a new plan, information about your new health plan will be sent to your home so you’re ready for the new plan to start September 1.
Same Plan...
If your plan didn't change and you stayed in your current plan, you do not need to do anything.
Did Not Choose...
If your health plan ended but you do not select a new plan, you were automatically assigned a new plan and information about your new health plan will be sent to your home so you’re ready for the new plan to start September 1.
