2022-23: Got off to a fast start and earned a berth in the NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships for the second time in his career ... ranked among national leaders in falls with 12 ... began season with seven consecutive victories, including five wins by fall ... pinned nationally ranked Carson Kharchla of Ohio State in 37 seconds to advance to 165-pound finals at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational (12/2-3) ... was named Big 12 Wrestler of the Week after pinning Nebraska's Bubba Wilson in dual action (12/18) ... posted a 4-0 record in competition at the Virginia Duals (1/13-14) ... placed eighth at the Big 12 Wrestling Championship with a 2-3 record over the two-day event (3/4-5) ... turned in a 1-2 mark at the NCAA Championships, notching a victory by fall against Will Formato of Appalachian State (3/16)

2021-22: Returned to the lineup and posted his second 20-win season as a Jackrabbit ... finished the season with a 20-11 record at 165 pounds, including notching a team-best 15 wins by fall ... tied for fifth at the Warren Williamson/Daktronics Open (11/21), winning four of his matches with pins ... earned a second-period fall over nationally ranked Austin Sparks of Minnesota in road dual (11/28) ... won three consecutive matches by pin in competition against Northern Iowa, Wyoming and Chattanooga (1/9-15) ... tallied a 8-2 overtime victory over North Dakota State's Luke Weber in final dual of the season (2/20) ... placed seventh at the Big 12 Wrestling Championship, turning in a 2-2 record over two days (3/5-6)

2020-21: Sat out the entire season

2019-20: Burst onto the scene upon moving into the starting lineup at 165 pounds at semester break ... led team with 14 pins in compiling a 21-4 overall record, including a 12-2 mark in dual competition ... pinned four opponents en route to a third-place finish at the Younes Hospitality Open (11/23) ... won by fall over all three of his opponents, including nationally ranked wrestlers from Michigan State and Old Dominion, at the South Beach Duals (12/29-30) ... closed dual season on a six-match winning streak that included a pair of victories after moving up to the 174-pound weight class versus Stanford (2/16) and North Dakota State (2/21) ... earned automatic berth to the national meet after placing third at 165 pounds at the Big 12 Wrestling Championship with a 3-1 record, including pins of Iowa State's Chase Straw and Fresno State's Adam Kemp in his final two matches (3/7-8)

BEFORE SDSU: Won New York Division II state title at 145 pounds for Central Valley Academy as a senior ... was a state finalist at 138 pounds as a junior and placed fourth as a freshman in the 106-pound division ... finished prep career with a 205-35 overall record, including a 55-1 mark as a senior ... team also won state dual championship his senior season ... older brother, Laken, wrestled for the Jackrabbits during the 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons
