2022-23: Made 21 appearances off the bench in her third season... tallied 41 points, 27 rebounds and four blocks... scored six points against UT Martin (12/12) and North Dakota (1/7)... grabbed five rebounds at South Dakota (1/14). 

2021-22: Came off the bench in 30 contests... recorded 82 points, 43 rebounds, seven blocks and four steals... put up seven points against UMass at the Gulf Coast Showcase (11/26)... scored a career-high 10 points against Dakota Wesleyan (12/15)... had eight points and four rebounds against Oral Roberts (2/24)... also scored eight points on 2/26 against Kansas City.

2020-21: Played in 24 games off the bench … tallied 54 points, 43 rebounds, and five blocks on the season … recorded two points and two rebounds in her collegiate debut against Iowa State (11/28) … turned in two points, four rebounds and a career-best two blocks against Drake (2/15) … posted three points, four rebounds and a block against Western Illinois (1/8) … tallied six points, four rebounds and a block at Omaha (1/15) … recorded six points, four rebounds and two assists against North Dakota (1/22) … turned in three points, two rebounds and a steal at Oral Roberts (2/13).

BEFORE SDSU: Mesa Byom is a three-year varsity letterwinner in basketball, volleyball and soccer … a three-time first team all-conference selection in basketball … Wisconsin girls basketball all-state honorable mention team honoree … named to the All-Tribune first team and WBCA all-state team as a junior … helped her team to a second-place finish at the Wisconsin state basketball tournament as a sophomore and junior … averaged 13.2 points and 8.8 rebounds per game during her junior season … heads into her senior season with a total of 976 points … a three-time academic all-conference honoree.
