EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The Board is committed to establishing and maintaining policies, procedures, and operating guidelines that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of all district divisions. Policy updates and revisions are presented at each monthly Board meeting in compliance with the Board’s requirement that all policies are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

This procedure DIA is being presented for rescission, and the procedural language will be captured in a new operating guideline.

MOTION STATEMENT:

I move that the Fulton County Board of Education approve the rescission of Procedure DIA for first read.
