EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Board is committed to establishing and maintaining policies, procedures, and operating guidelines that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of all district divisions. Policy updates and revisions are presented at each monthly Board meeting in compliance with the Board’s requirement that all policies are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
This Operating Guideline IH is being presented for adoption, and the procedural language from IH Procedure will be captured in a new operating guideline.
The following changes have been made:
- Clarified language
- Updated acceptance of course credit section
- Added definition of district maintained examination
- Changed conversion scale for transfer grades to +/- scale
