Internal narratives block our self-care by provoking feelings of guilt, shame, or resentment. We show up less able to care well for the person in front of us. Understanding and praying through these beliefs can free us from shame and help us move toward wholeness and resilience. Join this 2-hour CE workshop for personal reflection and growth.

We need to know we are beloved, receive love and care for ourselves in order to be well and love others well.  The hope is for you to walk away with some small steps toward change in order to be more grounded in who you are, more present to those around you, and more resilient in your work and life.

Through breath prayer, free-writing, poetry, and body-based reflections, Bethany will invite you to consider the impact of your internal narratives and how to move toward the truth of your belovedness.

This workshop is based on Bethany's book, From Burned Out to Beloved: Soul Care for Wounded Healers, yet it is not necessary to have read the book.

We hope you can join. Please don't let finances be a barrier, so contact us if you need a discount.

From Burned Out to Beloved is available at IVPAmazon, or your local bookstore
