PIER Program

We oversee the Pathway for Inspiring, Enriching and Recruiting (PIER) program to provide direct exposure to the science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields for under-represented students at secondary schools and colleges. This initiative is critical for improving recruitment and retention of STEM students in West Texas.
