Keds provides three shipping options: Standard, Express and Rush Delivery. U.S. orders qualify for free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands will incur a $10 shipping charge for air service. Once your order is filled, you'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.

Return Policy
Keds accepts returns and exchanges for all unworn merchandise within 30 days from the shipping date. A return shipping charge of $5 will be deducted from your refund. If you use the label provided on the Keds returns page for exchanges, you will not be charged for the cost of exchange shipping.
