Return Policy
The Neiman Marcus return policy lets you return items for up to 30 days of receipt. You can return items in-store or via mail. Either way, you must start your return online using your order number and phone number or email address.
If you are returning by mail, you will receive a prepaid return label to ship your items. Your items can be returned for free if returned within 15 days of delivery; otherwise, a $9.95 return fee will apply.
