Now more than ever it is important to share the genuine and authentic stories of our membership in Alpha Chi Omega with potential new members (PNMs).

Below are the top 10 things every alumna can do to help promote the Real. Strong. Women.® Experience.

PACE (Promote Alpha Chi Everyday) by wearing your letters and other swag all summer long!

Reach out to a PNM you know is going to college (or who is already in college and not yet a member of a Panhellenic sorority) and share with her the benefits of membership in Alpha Chi Omega!

Repost recruitment videos on social media and share how Alpha Chi Omega inspires you to connect, lead, grow and serve.

Meet with a PNM (in person or virtually) to tell her about the Alpha Chi Omega experience.

Submit a recommendation form for a PNM so a chapter can reach out and begin to build a relationship with her.

Change your social media profile pictures to proudly declare “I am an Alpha Chi Omega!”

Post on social media or in a parent/community group about how Alpha Chi Omega has shaped your life with the hashtag #WhyAlphaChi.

Watch a recorded training or attend a live training webinar.

Reach out to your local (or virtual) alumnae chapter to join in its efforts to promote Alpha Chi Omega.

Host a gathering (in person or virtually) for PNMs in your area who are interested in the recruitment process. Consider partnering with your local alumnae Panhellenic!
