PLEASE READ: This registration form is designed to facilitate the scheduling of Influenza vaccination appointments. This link is only for CURRENTLY ENROLLED students of University of Maryland Baltimore and employees (FPI, UMB, UMMC, UMMS). We can see employees if we participate with their insurance (Click here to see full participating payers). Employees with HMO or MCO plans, if Campus Health is not your PCP we are unable to provide you with the influenza vaccine, as we are not your primary care provider.
